Incoming Material Inspection

Our commitment to quality production starts from the materials we use in crafting each LED lighting fixture. We carefully choose which suppliers we work with through strict screening methods, making sure they meet our standards. All incoming materials are also subjected to an intensive scanning process, returning faulty pieces to suppliers.

Quality Control in Manufacturing

Conducting routine inspections after each production step helps us maintain quality and consistency throughout the process. From creating the design to the assembly line, expert auditors go through each batch, taking out parts that don’t meet our benchmarks. We also make corrections and adjustments when needed, further enhancing the final LED light.

Final Inspection

After assembly, the LED lighting fixtures go through several tests to review their performance under controlled environments. This ensures that they function as intended and your customers can maximize the LED lights throughout their service life.
We utilize a range of testing methods in checking the competency of our products, including power capacity tests and analyzers to measure brightness, color temperature, and CRI. A main test we conduct is an aging test, which helps check the performance of our LED lights over time.

Sustainability is an integral part of TOPSHARE’s production philosophy, implementing various methods to reduce carbon footprint and preserve the environment.

All materials used in creating the LED lighting fixtures are guaranteed to meet environmental protection requirements set by RoHS. This includes how the PCB boards are constructed and how wires are made and used.

Additionally, all LED lights from TOPSHARE are designed to allow easy part replacement. Modules and power supplies, for instance, can be swapped out when defective, reducing the need to dispose of the entire fixture which can add to eco-waste management.
